This topic is very easy:
There were two business friends, one black one white, which defined each other like this:

The black is the chocolate,
The white is the creme.

There is no way to say that better!

But do not confuse enrichment through different colors, origins, external appearance [which per se can never be destructive but can only be an enrichment], do not confuse that with our leftist unhealthy tolerance against problematic cultures, dogmatic believes/asocial and antidemocratic agendas, discriminating religiologies/polarizing and anti-human-right ideologies, especially when they include political ambitions, like in islam and quran!
This latter kind of false "tolerance" can be considered a criminal weakness, a destructive CRIME to the healthy society, a CRIME to the humanity!
